Where is stock posted from?
Our order leave from Wagga Wagga NSW which is a central location between Sydney and Melbourne. Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
What is standard delivery time?
Our orders are usually shipped on the next business day and times vary depending on AusPost and deliver address. Orders can take anywhere from 2-5 days depending on your location. For regional location please allow for a week for your orders to arrive.
I haven't received my order?
If you haven’t received your order and it has been more than 5 business days, your items may be missing. It’s uncommon (but it does happen) that AusPost have lost your order. You can submit a request to them here. Please also send us an email using the contact form above with your Order Date, Order Number and products you ordered. Or even better forward us a copy of your Order Receipt to [email protected]
Can I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $90. Make sure you check ‘free shipping’ at the checkout.
Can I order express?
