The Westin Shad Teez 5.5in comes in a two pack and is the same thin profile shape as the 22cm model. At nearly 14cm it’s the perfect option for those targeting smaller cod in lakes or even as a weedless option for fishing in rivers and creeks.

On their own they are best used in rivers and creeks, rigged with a weedless hook and cast into heavy timber. Great option when fishing clear waters or areas that receive a lot of pressure from anglers. This Shad Teez has the perfect slender body shape for a weedless plastic which increases hook up rates.

To add weight to your weedless plastic just attached a small size two ball sinker inside the loop knot when tying the plastic onto your leader. Rigged on the back of standard 5/8oz spinnerbaits with a small stinger is another great use for these plastics.
