Returns (Refund) and Exchanges for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods. To be eligible for a return the goods must be in the original condition including the retail packaging. Postage for all change of mind returns is at the purchaser’s expense.
Where you receive the incorrect goods please contact us within 14 days or receiving the goods to organise an exchange. Where we have made an error all postage charges will be covered by us.
For any goods received that are damaged or faulty please contact us with photos and a description of the fault. Where the goods need to be returned postage costs will be covered by us. A refund or replacement will be made available once the damage/fault has been confirmed
